Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Headache And Joint Pain
I have been sick since Feb.14th. It started with flu like symptoms chills, stomach aches, diarriah, head aches joint pain etc. its the third day now im pooping blood and i have puked up blood once today. not too sure what this might be. I went to see a doc but my stomach doesnt want to calm down and it hurts so much! what could it be?

I really appreciate your concern, given symptoms could be suggestive of Amoebic dysentery and in my opinion it can be given try with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, if it fails to respond then stool needs to be send for test hope this information helps.
