Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea In A Child
My son is 14months old.he is suffering in.motions from6 month old.llast 18th august I started buffalo milk.by added same quantity of water.on27th Aug I gave poha powder with milk.from 18th to27th he is feeling gas ibn stomach by creating air from stomach to mount.some times not eating with belly fully air. Then on 29th Aug he suffered with loose motions with blood.then I stopped both poha powder and buffalo milk also.now my baby is not good health . I am afraid if again starting of milk.plz suggest me.

As per your history, for that you can give syp metronidazole after consultation.
He may require syp paracetamol in case of fever. Give him oral rehydration solution.
In case of vomiting you can give syp ondensetron. Kindly watch for symptoms of dehydration like decreased urination, dry skin
