Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Rashes On Arms And White Color Tongue

hello i am 22 6'0 235 no medical history i just went on vacation and on the last day of my trip i had a bad pain in my stomach and wanted to use the toilet and when i did i had diaharrea very bad its been 5 days since i have been back i still have diaharrea i have no urge to eat and i have a light rash on the back of my arms no fever i dont think my throat has swell and i have no head aches if i do it is very very light my tounge is white and that scares me i am sexually active

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Diarrhea that persisted for 5 days and giving you white tongue, rash at the back of arms, pain in abdomen can be due to the following reasons:
Traveler's diarrhea that is an intestinal infection looks to be the reason.
Te red rash appears indicating bacterimia or septicemia.
White tongue too indicate an intestinal infection.
With intestinal infection the urge to eat vanishes as a normal response.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Tests of stool for a few days.
Tests of blood: CBC, sugar, blood culture and sensitivity.
Get a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole.
Add on probiotics, activated charcoal, banana, curds or yogurt.
Plenty of oral fluids and electrolyte solution to counter dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.
