General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Diarrhea and vomiting are common problem for this age group. Since it is not associated with fever or abdominal pain, or blood in motion, there is no need for alarm. Follow the same course and child will get better. The medicines given are iv fluids for dehydration and inj. antibiotics for infection and injection to stop vomiting. So loose motion is not a problem if the child is properly hydrated. Continue ORS and IV fluids and child will get better.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
