Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Vomiting, Extensive Gas And Bloating
6 days ago started with diarrea and vomiting. then for past few days extensive gas and bloating, trips to bathroom with need to eliminate only results in gas. Associated are belches with rotton egg taste. beginning to get pain in upper abdomen. Was able to eliminate with minor output today. suggestions??

I really appreciate your concern, this the typical symptoms of infection and in my opinion this can be well treated with, "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg" twice in day for seven days, no need to worry about this, everything would be fine, hope this information helps.
