Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Weight Loss And Abdominal Pain
I was released from hospital a few days ago. Bowel obstruction passed on its own after resting bowel three days. Was severely dehydrated. Rehydrated with several bags of IV solution. Have had Crohn s since 1988 Y3sterday I noticed a greenish discharge from the vagina. Vagina is sore and dry. Could this be a fistula? On going diarrhea since January 2016 usually green in color. I am so weak and nauseated. I see the gastro doctors tomorrow. I continue to lose weight and have abdominal pain.

It could be due to conditions like gastroenteritis. As of now antimotility drugs like racecadotril can be tried. If symptoms persists you can consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.
