Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea With Inguinal Hernia

I have had diarrhea for a few months, have had endoscopy ,polyps removed Colonoscopy ,polyps removed,ultrasound showing fatty liver, stoll and blood work And last cats can showing inguinal hernias Many times the diarrhea is uncontrollable with no notice, have acid reflux and take Lansoprazole Was told to use benefiber which worsen symptoms,possible hemoroids,

Thank for your query.
Noted the history of having diarrhea for few months, polyps removed on Upper GI endoscopy and Colonoscopy, CT scan shows inguinal hernias, also have acid reflux and take Lansoprazle. Sometimes diarrhea is uncontrollable, Benefiber worsens the symptoms.
All your history is suggestive of primary intestinal pathology, which needs to be investigated further.
I would advise you the following:
CT scan of the abdomen and stool tests repeatedly can give a probable diagnosis and hence a probable diagnosis can be made.
A course of an antibiotics, metronidazole can help as also probiotics and activated charcoal.
Second opinion of a Surgical Gastroenterologist can help.
If all the investigations are normal, then a possibility of IBS as an additional diagnosis can be though and treated accordingly.
