Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea

Woke up at 1 am with severe stomach pain. Went to bathroom had diarrhea, started sweating, almost vomited. Had diarrhea twice since. Still have stomach pain a cramping feeling. Just went to bathroom and when I wiped paper was a little pink. Viewed contents in toilet and they were a dark red color & clotted in appearance. Should I head to my doctor asap or is this just from the violent diarrhea. I did take some pepto at 1 am. I haven't traveled out of country and have not been sick leading up to this.
