here is a diagnosis i received from an thransthoracic echocardiogram, what can I do? Impression: Normal left ventricular size and function. Mild to moderate left ventricular hyperthrophy. Stage 1 diastolic dysfunction. Borderline dilated left atrium. Mild to moderate mitral insufficiency. Trivial tricuspid insufficiency.

I really appreciate your concern, it could be valvular heart disease but it needs to be correlated with the symptoms that you clinical correlation is must hope this information helps.
