Allergy can be anything right from eatables, clothing, cosmetics, environmental pollution (dust, fumes, chemicals thrown out by industries), cleansing agents, house dust, pests, plants (like China grass). It is to be found by observation /allergy screening tests (at allergy specialist's office).
In my view, you need to recognise allergen, avoid it, take anti allergic medications, desensitisation as per allergy specialist's doctor after checking up. Continue with the care you are already taken. Please consult a specialist for further assistance. Till then you can take tab. Cetirizine over the counter dose to be judged by treating doctor.
