Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Breathing And Chest Pain While Having Asthma

i fell unconscious because of i lacked oxygen in my brain since i was having difficulty in breathing(i have asthma). i think i hit my chin hard it hurts... and my jaw ache. i dont feel dizzness i dont have fever. my doctor gave meprosone azemax and exflem for now to prevent attacks and lessen my phlegm. was hitting my chin hard bad?

You were given antibiotic and acetylcystein (mucolytic) ...

You are also complaining difficult breathing and having asthma history .
So you might have bronchoconstriction for whic bronchodilator drug given in form of tablet or inhaler ...

Your auscultation done for that and spirometry also useful...

If constriction severe than short term steroid also needed ...

After that maintainance inhaler with formeterol or sos salbutamol prescribed ..
For asthma allergy testing can be done to avoid exposure to precipitants ...
