Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Breathing, Anxiety And Stress

I wasn t eating the best today. I had donuts for breakfast with an energy drink. And then skipped lunch, and was so hungry I had a burger and a half and fries for dinner. I also haven t had much sleep these past two days and have been really stressed. I m also very overweight. (I know what eat/ate definitely doesn t help) but my heart is beating so fast and there a dull pain. It literally started out of no where. I don t have difficulty breathing. How can a make this stop?
