Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Breathing In An Infant

I am trying to find a pediatric doctor of cardiology and pulmanary combined. I have a granddaughter who is 3 months old and is still in the cardiac niccu with a condition that she cannot exhale when she breaths she has a trache and on a ventalator but she is still having trouble expelling co2. The physicians are asking for help in what can be done.

if on ventilator, its a real serious condition. at this point care is very important. she should be cleared off the secreations by regular suction for proper air passage. also she should be given steroids to recover fast
