General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there, after going carefully through your information, I think your breathlessness may be due to either Anemia (Low hemoglobin in blood) or due to cardiac cause, which may be a result of your fibrillation.

I recommend a blood test to check your Hemoglobin concentration and Red blood cell count. Also suggest getting a 2D Echo of heart done to know the functioning of heart.

Low Hb can be treated with Iron and folic acid supplements or blood transfusion in severe cases. Cardiac condition can be treated as per the underlying pathology by your cardiologist.

Hope this answers your query. Thank you.
