Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Breathing

I am 22 yr old guy. I am suffering from breathing problem since I was 5 to 6 yr old. But last 5 year it does not happen. Now again it s started. If I am taking Montel lc drug daily then it s not coming. This problem showing within a particular interval of year. I don t understand what is the major cause of this problem. I am 5`8 with 63 kg weight.Kindly suggest me some specific way to come out of this problem.
