Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Conceiving Despite Going Through Infertility Treatment

I was on a short protocol with 0.50ml buserelin and 450ml of Menopure daily, I only had 4 follicles, 0.7mm, 0.8mm, 11mm and 12mm on cd12, on cd15 I had another scan, the two runners up stopped growing and the two main runners grew to 14mm and 15mm, approx. 1mm a day. however my cycle was abandoned due to low response, Since I only had two follicles I could work with naturally I was told by the IVF clinic that I could try naturally, which I did. I estimated that if the top one grew 1mm a day then at cd 24 it would be 24mm, I also took OPK dual hormone tests to see if I would ovulate. I actually got a high fertility for 4 days from cd24 (not peak) I decided on cd27 to take Pregnyl 10000 iu to start ovulation (assuming it worked but felt nothing) I also made sure I had sex the day after taking Oregnyl and the day after that. my question is would the follicle be to big and not viable, if it is viable could I use the Viginal suppositories to increase my chances, any advice would be very much appreciated. History... 1. Long Protocol - No Follicles (Abandoned) 2. Natural Pregnancy - m/c at 7 weeks 3. Short Protocol - 9 follicles, 7 matured, 5 fertilised, 1 blastocyst, - did not take 4. Natural IVF - No Egg 5. The latest one is mentioned above I am 41 (42 in November 2015) no Children, History of Severe endometriosis but clear at the moment due to surgery.
