During infertility treatment, the doctors monitor the release of ovum from the ovary and depending on that the process of intrauterine insemination is done. Your hormone levels are monitored and depending on that further process is decided. As these are very expensive and time dependent procedures, the correct time matters a lot for success.
I suggest, you wait until the doctor advises you to get the procedure done. The doctor must be analyzing you regularly and regarding the chances of you getting pregnant can be best predicted by your treating doctor as he is well aware of your overall health and medical history.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Manisha Auradkar, General & Family Physician
