I am 29 yrs old and have mild PCOS , My husband is 30 yrs old and has very low concentration of motile sperm and just 10% volatility . He has enlarged prostrate gland. we have been planning from last 1.5 yr .... I want to concieve what should I do ... i am worried

Polycystic ovarian syndrome, or PCOS, is a common hormonal condition in women.
Women with PCOS can struggle to become pregnant and are at higher risk of developing complications during pregnancy.
However, by managing the symptoms, many women with PCOS can become pregnant and have a healthy baby.
There are a number of effective fertility treatments available, from Clomid to gonadotropins to IVF.
Most women will be able to conceive with a combination of lifestyle changes and fertility drugs. While some women with PCOS will need IVF, the great majority will get pregnant using lower-tech fertility treatments.
Clomiphene is a tablet that is the most common medication for ovulation induction.
It is often recommended as the first option for improving fertility in women with PCOS who are infertile and do not ovulate.
If clomiphene doesn't help with ovulation, you may be prescribed the diabetes drug metformin.
If clomiphene and metformin don't work, your doctor may prescribe a medication shots containing a follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and a luteinizing hormone (LH).
