Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Conceiving In A PCOS Patient

Hello doctor, My name is Asma. I ve been trying to conceive since the last three months, but to my dismay I m getting my periods every time. Let me shed some light on my background.... I ve been married for the last 5 years, but we never not tried for pregnancy as we were both very busy. Two years back I was diagnosed with a borderline thyroid and now I have pcod too. I m on thyroxine 12.5 and regarding the pcod, the doctor suggested not to go for any medications since I m planning to conceive. I was asked to take siphene 100 mg on the 3rd day of my cycle for 5 days, followed by HCG 5000 IU injection( this is done after checking whether or not the follicle has developed ). At last I m asked to take duphaston for 10 days on the 16th day i guess. In Spite of all these treatment, I m not conceiving.I m very depressed. Please provide me your valuable opinion....
