Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Conceiving

Hi doc.i am turning 43 and i have been trying for a baby for 1 yr and 2 months now.my hubby was told that he has low motility and he is on clomid for three months.i was told my uterus was bulky coz i have a small fibroids and one of my fallopian tube is blocked.am also too dry but i have been using concieve plus but in vain .i changed to preseed.pliz advice me on what i can do coz i desperately need a baby.

I have read your description and understand your concern.
Considering your age and other problems associated with fertility like low motility of sperms of your husband and blocking of fallopian tube by fibroid, the chances for you to conceive naturally would be very less.
Hence, it would be better for you to go for assisted reproductive techniques like invitro fertilization (IVF), if you need to conceive. It should provide you solution to the problems what is worrying you.
Kindly consult Infertility specialist in this regard for proper assessment, planning and management.
