Am 75 years old. Have noticed difficulty in retracting foreskin for the past 2-3 weeks. Use of emollient creams (soframycin) has helped a bit. Can I use a steroid cream such as betamethasone with neomycin? This condition coincided with a severe allergic reaction to seafood which was treated with anti-allergens and amoxycillin under a doctor s care. Hence the phimosis got sidetracked. Have not consulted a doctor for this condition.
