Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Getting Erections After A Back Surgery

I am 40 years old and in pretty good shape. I had back surgery about 6 years ago (ruptured disc at L5-S1). I have a bulging disc at L4. I am having difficulty maintaining an erection and hope it is not because of nerve damage. I have numbness in the top of my left thigh and my penis. I have tried Cialis (does absolutely nothing) and Viagra (works about 50% of the time). If my problem is related to my spinal problems, would Viagra allow me to maintain an erection? I'm not sure what to do next. I do occasionally wake up with an erection but it doesn't last like I think it should.

Hello, and thanks for your question.

Nerve damage from a ruptured disc can be lifelong. Viagra can be effective for this, however. Make sure you are taking the maximum dose (100mg). It might be more effective the more regularly you take it. Hopefully this advice helps.
