Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Getting Proper Sleep

I was on Zolpidem for a few months. My Dr. asked me how it was working and I said "Great, I take one each night and can't sleep without it." From that moment on, he seemed to feel that I was 'dependent' on it and cut my prescription down drastically. Now, I can't sleep! What can I do?

Dear User,
Thanks for using Health care magic.
If I were to treat a patient with only persistent sleep disturbances, I would consider using Tablet Mirtazapine (7.5-15 mg at bed time) as it does not cause dependence. You can discuss about it with your doctor.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
