Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Moving Arm After Treating Dislocated Shoulder

Hi. I have BP after a fall where I dislocated my right shoulder and chipped part of the outside of the shoulder. It was operated on and the chip reattached by screws. After 6 weeks in sling and bone repair and 5 weeks of physio to date, my problem is that I am still unable to lift my right arm up above my head against gravity, although I can lift it above my head when lying on the floor. it feels like it is not part of my body. Also, my middle finger while not sore has numbness and feels cold . What exercise can I do to strengthen my right arm???

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, you are not suppose to lift the weight against the gravity and for that you have to wait for some time say months and during this period physiotherapy is the best option you have, hope this information helps, take care.
