Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Opening Mouth

I am recovering from a flu. A few days back I started having problems opening my mouth fully. This made eating and brushing my teeth a little difficult. It has been 3 days and the problem is still there. I have had this problem 2 to 3 times before and it usually goes away within a day.
