Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain reduced mouth opening along with a history of tobacco chewing is indicating towards a condition known as Oral Submucous Fibrosis in which there is formation of thick fibrous bands on the inner side of cheeks and lips and there is mucosal stiffening leading to reduced mouth opening..
The first thing that you will have to do is to completey stop tobacco consumption in all forms..
You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and he can advise you to apply ointments containing Steroid like kenacort and hyluronide over the inner cheeks..
Intralesional injections of steroid and hyluronidase can be injected over the fibres directly as it will help in breaking the fibres..
Anti-oxidant capsules can also be advised like Lycopene..
Mouth opening exercises will be demonstrated that has to be done 3 to 4 times a day..
As it is a precancerous condition [BUT NOT CANCER] so care should betaken and proper treatment has to be followed to prevent it from converting to cancer..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
