Hi i m 25years young man.I used to eat tabbaco gutka from around 5 years .but i have left it last 2 years. but now my mouth doesnt open properly only 1 inchs open .pls tell me that in whitch hospital/ clinic my treatment can be done. please send me ur answer ( YYYY@YYYY )

It may be best to see a plastic surgeon and ENT specialist. Both of these may be required. Your GP should be able to refer you to someone in your area.
