Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Passing Urine

Hi, I went from peeing like a race horse to dripping like a leaky faucet and retaining a lot of fluid. What could cause this? Already had the doctor check my kidneys and said the working fine. I drink plenty of fluids just retaining them now. What other tests should I ask for?
