Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Penetration During Intercourse
Hi, I and my husband have been married for 6 years but have not been able to consummate our marriage because difficulty in penetration. 3 years back we had visited a sex expert and I was diagnosed with vaginismus. I had undergone therapy although we never had sex due to several reasons (fear of failure being one of them), although we do have foreplay and try to have sex occasionally. Now 3 years later the problem still continues and is quite frustrating as well as embarrasing. Do I have to go through therapy again or is there anything that we can do at home?
Its a psychological problem. You first have to remove fear about intercourse from your mind. Try to get relaxed n get involved in the act. Try for slow penetration of the penis. Before inercourse do lot of foreplay it will help you to get stimulated and relaxed.
