Hello Deepak,

Sometimes, what we do in the day keeps ruminating in our mind at night. This prevents mind from relaxing.

I would suggest you to practice some relaxation exercises in evening like deep breathing and meditation.

Eat healthy foods like green vegetables and fruits.

Aerobic exercises and yoga in morning will help to reduce oxidative stress.

If this does not help, sleep inducing drugs like ativan (prescription drugs) will help.
