Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Urinating And Lower Back Pain

Hi doc. My wife is having trouble urinating and she said she s having back pain on the lower part. I looked at her vagina and noticed a little swelling on the part where the urine comes out. We had sex before this happened. How can we treat this? Im really hoping for your kind help.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the most possible near cause would be urinary stone and it can be ruled out with plain x-ray abdomen and routine urine test, meanwhile drink more water, and Tab Dicyclomine three times in day hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
