Good afternoon sir, this is Iniya from karur. I have 5 years old daughter. She is cerebral palsy diplegic child. For the past 4 years we are in therapy. She started walking independently sir but her left leg was in toe walk. Her right is 80% fine but that too her heel is not flat. I don t know what is the problem in her left knee. Because it is in bend position. I need your help sir

You should consult a orthopedic surgeon opinion. He will give you better opinion. The leg can be corrected with the help of surgery or not.
