Suggest Treatment For Difficulty Weight Bearing Post Benign Tumor Surgery

I had surgery for a benign bone tumor. having a lot of pain and difficulty weight bearing. It has been 7 weeks. had an X-ray, it shows a bone cyst they say. would a bone graft of donor bone appear as a cyst on an X-ray? do aneurysmal cysts sometimes form as a complication? it is my left femur.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain and difficulty in weight bearing can follow surgery for benign bone lesion.
Bone grafting can help to fill the defect caused by surgical procedure.
However, you have mentioned that a bone cyst has appeared which is evident on the X-ray.
Bone cysts especially aneurysmal bone cyst can also cause pain and discomfort.
Pain killers will help to relieve the pain.
Thus, your management includes bone grafting to fill the defect caused by surgical procedure and management of the bone cyst, if confirmed.

Thanks and take care
