hi ,m having sever backache last 4 yrs and had all sought of treatmnt but not relievd yet now mine MRI reveals posterocentral ,paracentral disc herniation at L4-5 also with lumbar canal stenosis also the pain radiates to posterior thighs mostly left side plese suggst me the better option without surgery
