Suggest Treatment For Discoloration In The Nose For A 16-year-old

my son s nose looks discolored. He is now 16. When he was 2 he bumped his nose but it did not bleed. I have watched it for all these years as I was worried something might have happened to his nose. Just at 16 his nose has a bend in it and it has this bluish coloring on the bridge and on the sides. In some light, you can t see it. In others you can. What can this be? Can it be fixed? i don t want him permanently bruised.
