Suggest Treatment For Discoloration On Foot After Undergoing Ankle Surgery

Dear Doctor, I know the problem I am referring to your goodself doest not relate to you but I would even then like to request you to give your opinion. My wife has been put on seroxat 25mg (2+1). I know 100% with surity that we both do not have any family problem that could be held responsible for her psychogenic conditions. The only reason that I understand is her inability to bear any type of shock. May it be related to her or other fellow persons. 10 years before erruption of sudden fire in the vicinty of our residence was noticed by her. On noticing the fire signs she became faint just on the apprehension that it would lead to burning of whole family. She remained undertreatment for more than 02 year. But she could not recover. Nerviously she became so week that a telephone bell would be suffcient to subject her to panic episodes. In one day she would have 5 to 10 panic episodes. We belong to Muslim family. So I decided to take her with our kids to Maka (Saudi Arabia) for performing Umra. On the very first visit while looking Kaba I notice very positive change in her and during 18 days stay she had not a single panic episode. She did not take any medicine there. The most important was that when we came back to pakistan she was all fine. Now in April 2011 she suffered from Diarrhea and I had to admit her in Hospital. There she told me that it is the first time in her life that she had got admiitted in hospital. With this feeling when we came back to our home place she again had tremors and panic episodes. With seroxat I know the situation is slightly improved. But the symptoms she now have are totally different. The disturbing one is that as soon as she gets exhausted she becomes profusely wet and thereafter her body becomes very cool and she had severe pains in legs. I just want to know should she continue taking above medicines or should we need any clinical testing of her blood profile. I know you might suggest me to take her again to Saudia. Kindly note that this I had in my planning but as family physian what is your opnion about this case. I am sure you will give your opnion on that. Age; 45, Weight 88 Kg. Height 5 feet and 6 inch Best and kind regards Dr. Shah
