Suggest Treatment For Discoloration On The Penis

I have skin discoloration that started on my penis. It started out small then spread. Now i m also getting small patches on my neck and chin. It is also causing the facial hair growing in those patches to be white. Any idea on what it might be? and if its treatable?

I really appreciate your concern, if this the lesion on penis then it could be due to some fungal infection and it may not be related with the facial condition of white hair, but the facial lesion could be due to something else and this may needs clinical examination, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
