Suggest Treatment For Dislocated Knuckle
My wifes knuckle seems out of place about approx. 1 inch back from her knuckle line towards her forearm....its swollen and pain including shooting pain upwards her arm. Her inside of her palm looks bruised....can you help us with a diagnosis, treatment, and what they might do at the hospital?

I really appreciate your concern, knuckle of your wife could be painful and swollen but it can not displaced it is not possible, here the chances of arthritis changes could be very likely and it can be managed with "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" once in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
