Hi, I m not sure how much you d be able to help. But, I ve been having horrible nightmares for the past week, but I ve noticed it s only when I sleep by myself. And they aren t regular nightmares, I ll wake up and be too afraid to go back to sleep--like now.

Try taking Tablet Zolpidem 5 mg initially. Revert back to me it it does not help.
