yes I am experiencing a flare up of diverticulitis and I have had it a few times 3 in less than a year I am taking the anti biotics but they make me real sick is slippery elm good for this ? what can I eat Strawberries and all fruits?not sure what to eat???

Yes u can eat strawberries and other fruits and indeed it is very helpful for your disease and for symptomatic relief you will have to be a fiber containing diet and use of antispasmodic like mebavarine
