Suggest Treatment For Dizziness After FESS Surgery

I have been diziness for more than 2 yrs.. ive been to a lot of drs. ive done MRI and CT scan on brain and PNS FESS and the finding are mucusal thickening both maxillary sinuses, moderate leftward nasal septal deviation with acute angulation and spur formation, unopacified lamella concha bilateral, and blateral unopacified hallers cells, small on the right prominent on the left.
My dr had done surgery to my sinus surgery, they call it FESS surgery. They remove polyps inside my nose but still the diziness is there. Could it be the mucus that cause my diziness? What can u say aout the findings of my CT scan? Pls help me i wanna get rid of my diziness.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello, thanks for your query. dizziness usually occurs due to any problem in eye(errors of refraction, cervical spine- spondulitis, ear- bppv, vestibular neurinits. brain related- bp fluctions, blood sugar fluctuations. might be ur having sinusitis with polyp for that fess has been done.it will not solve ur dizziness problem. in my opinion u need to be evaluated by detalied ent examination to rule out bppv, ct brain- any abnormaily, blood tests- blood sugar, electrolyte imbalane. all the best. take care.
