Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Cervical Strain Post Injury

Hello, I was in a rear-end collision 14 days ago. I was in a Kia Soul at a stop and the vehicle behind me, a Ford F150 XLT was going no faster than 30mph. I was seen in urgent care and dx with L shoulder tendonitis, mild cervical strain, mild lumbar-sacral strain, and contusion of the right hip. I went back to urgent care 2 days later with intense dizziness. I was dx with acute cervical strain, shoulder strain, and dizziness and vertigo due to trauma. I have had no scans done. I am back at my civilian job and doing my regular daily activities I have had increased pain in my entire back and neck, pain, tingling and numbness in my left arm and hand. Should xrays be accomplished?
