Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Cramps In The Joints

When the weather became unusually hot toward the end of last week, I have had feelings of dizziness especially when doing things, not much energy, and had cramps in my right thumb and little finger as well as in my thigh, instep, and toes yesterday and all during the night. Not good rest at all! I have been drinking a lot of extra water last night and this morning, and wonder if I have been suffering from heatstroke? Today, I feel somewhat better -- and am continuing to drink a lot of water -- but haven t felt really well since Friday, and had a very rough day and night yesterday.s

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, heat stroke does not manifest in the manner of cramps in the joints and dizziness can be part of multiple clinical conditions. My guidelines for present condition over and above plenty of liquids:
- Avoid exposure to extreme cold or heat
- Consume balanced nutritious diet
- Regular walking in fresh air, aerobics
- Meditations and YOGA
- Intake of ibuprofen with an antacid after meals
- Control of blood pressure and blood sugar
- Supplement of multi vitamin with anti oxidants and minerals
