Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Headache After Head Injury

Hi I hit the front. Of my head 3months ago,I'm feeling dizzy,constant head ache,feel faint my eye sight is like ivegot drinking goggles on,I had a bump and a bit of a bruise I didn't pass out but I've not felt well since I'm worried I've really hurt myself

You should discuss with your primary care Doctor about being examined further clinically and by imaging studies to, about delayed effects of head trauma such subdural hematoma for example.
