Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Headaches After A Head Injury

Hi I had a car crash 8 months ago and sustained head injuries I m now suffering from a lot of dizziness headaches and numbness in my mouth. And last week my whole left side of my body went limp. I m not sure what s going on I m too scared to drive as I get really dizzy and confused.
