Hello,
You are suffering from
tinnitus and vertigo. You are advised to get clinically examined by an ENT. Get required blood tests and radiological examinations done to detect other medical conditions that can cause
dizziness like
thyroid dysfunction, blood glucose,
electrolyte imbalance,
brain tumor or stroke, etc. You will be treated accordingly. Also get
audiometry tests done to test your hearing. Audiometry also helps to detect Meniere's disease.
You will also require getting done pitch testing. CT or MRI to help check abnormalities in the brain or ears. You will be accordingly treated. In the meantime, you are advised not to do any heavy work and to avoid driving. Stay at rest. Taking Vertin-16, twice daily for 5 days will help control the symptoms. Get treated for the cause to get rid of the problem.
You are advised to take home made balanced food, that are nutritious, rich in iron, calcium,
magnesium and high in protein. Take quality sleep at night. Lack of sleep can also cause you such symptoms. Do not skip meals. Make sure your vitals (blood pressure, blood sugar and electrolyte balance) are normal.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
