I have abdominal pain in my left side and I had ct scan preformed twice, blood, test, and urine test and all the results were negative. I don t know what to do now what step should I take, I asked all the doctors and they said to follow up on your doctor but I did everything they instructed me to do, and I still have pain and dizziness and the doctors say nothing s wrong what should I do now.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you should get further consultation with a gastroenterologist and run sigmoidoscopy together with abdominal ultrasound to rule out any bowel problem.

If you are having constipation problems, that could be the cause to your left side abdominal pain.

Dizziness might be related to possible:
- dehydration or having irregular meals due to the pain you feel
- anemia
- neurological pattern associated with left side abdominal pain.

A gastroenterologist will help for the best diagnosis and treatment strategy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
