Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Lightheadedness
My name is Smith. I am 19 yr old male. I have been facing a problem since a year or so. I have frequent drowsiness and a feeling as if my head is light. I feel a little ache in the head when I stand up from lying down position. I am a medical student. I can't concentrate keenly in the lectures. It has cost me problems. I didn't get any medication. It cures itself for a day or so but it again happens. Please help me with this problem.

hello, thanks for your query,dizziness could be due to eye( errors of refraction) cervical spine( spondylitis) ear( bppv, meniers disease, vestibular neuronitis). any fluctuations in Bp, any fluctuation in blood sugar or electrolyte disturbances.kindly evaluate with blood tests, ent examination to rule out d cause, hope I have answered ur query, all d best, take care.
