Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Nausea While On Lyrica

I have a knee that is troublesome. It has been acting up, and I wanted to have a good sleep. A friend offered one of his lyrica pills and said they were great for joint pain. I took the pill before I went to bed. This mornng I was dizzy, nauseous, and couldn t walk straight. I had to cancel my plans and have spent the day trying to recover by drinking lots of fluids and sleeping it off. Is there anything I can do to make this horrible feeling of being hungover and sick go away?

Hi,

Medicines should never be taken without a doctor prescription other than OTC. Lyrica may have side effects what you mentioned.

However, these are temporary and you should not worry a lot, it will settle in a day or 2. No need to take anything. But be careful with drugs next time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
