Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Neck Pain

Hi, my friend has what it seems to be a neck pain/muscle strain. She can t move her head or upper limbs. She gets dizzy when standing. She s had ibuprofen, voltarol and paracetamol patches. The pain doesn t seem to ease. We called an ambulance but it was no help. What shall we do?

Hi.

We need an MRI of her cervial spine region, but if possible the entire spine. Along with that we need an elaborate blood oanel to check on any possible infections that could result in such a presentation. Speak to your doctor about this.
